- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 10 days of return/exchange service, please be noted in this case the shipping fee will be paid by you.
- If you received a faulty product, please take a picture of the products and contact our customer service for exchanged or return within 10 days of receiving, the shipping fee will be covered by DAINTY PEOPLE.
- All return/exchange applications must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.
- All products must be returned to us unused and in saleable condition, in their original, undamaged packaging and in a sturdy return box.
- We will process a replacement within 3 working days if your application is accepted.
- We will issue a refund on 5th or 20th of the month, the way of refund depends on your original payment methods.
- Please contact our customer service before returning your products, any products sent to us without an application will not be processed.
